  Absolute horrible service.Got called thrice before the booking date from this company asking to confirm my booking and then gets a call on the morning saying they cant honor my booking as they dont have cars available.Do not trust.Would give 0 stars if given an option

  Went to collect van this morning for a house removal, my details were put in incorrectly when i booked well in advance and there was no van available for me to collect. That is very poor as we needed to be out the house by 12. They shouldn't promise you the vehicle if they cant provide it.

  ****AVOID AVOID AVOID**** Shocking is the first word that comes to mind! Avoid this place! Completely and utterly let down by them! They are totally unreliable! We booked a van with a tail around 2 and a half weeks ago for our house move. The booking was confirmed..... This morning we have arrived to collect the van to be told there is non! This is absolutely unacceptable! I have to be out of my house by 12 o'clock what am I supposed to do?! I was told the manager was out sourcing vans..... Needless to say an hour later still no van.... I will never use this company again! **AVOID AVOID AVOID****

  I rented a van from the Inter Press company for one day. Before the rental period ended, I called customer service and extended it for another day. They told me that the branch would be closed on Sunday, but I could park the vehicle in the parking lot and return the key on Monday morning so I wouldn’t be charged extra. On Monday at 8 a.m., I returned the key to the branch. I had paid a £200 deposit, and they told me they would deduct the cost of one day and return the rest of the money to my account. After four days, when I saw that the money had not been returned to my account, I went to the branch to ask about it. Unfortunately, the employee behaved very rudely and disrespectfully. They told me that they would not return my money because the branch was closed on Sunday and they would charge me for an extra day. No matter how much I explained that customer service had told me there would be no problem, they refused to accept it and continued to behave very rudely. Please be very careful with this branch. Their customer service gives incorrect information, and the staff are very rude.
